pkzz Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and pkzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, games, betting markets, bonuses, payment facilities and other features available at pkzz.

By registering a pkzz account, making any deposit, placing any bet or game wager, or otherwise using any part of the pkzz platform, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue to use the pkzz platform. Your continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To open and maintain a pkzz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkzz is strictly an adult platform and does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be a natural person — pkzz accounts may not be registered by corporations, trusts, partnerships or other legal entities.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and betting activity of this nature is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your usage of pkzz complies with local laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the pkzz platform either by self-exclusion or by administrative action taken by pkzz.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of pkzz, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

pkzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to users who do not meet eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) pkzz account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and email address. You must promptly update your registration details if they change. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

pkzz may at any point require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and, where relevant, proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in restrictions on your account including suspension of withdrawal rights.

• Your username and password are personal to you — never share them with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pkzz account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkzz support immediately and change your password.
• pkzz recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

pkzz will never ask for your password by email, live chat or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from pkzz that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All transactions on pkzz are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkzz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pkzz bears no responsibility.

Supported payment methods currently accepted by pkzz include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Supported methods may change from time to time — check your account dashboard for the current list.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The standard minimum deposit on pkzz is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are similarly displayed at the point of request; the standard minimum is Rs 500.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods from which a deposit has previously been made, or to a verified Pakistani bank account in the name of the account holder. pkzz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the payment destination must belong to the registered pkzz account holder.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT are typically processed the same day.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) generally complete within five minutes of processing.
• Bank transfers may take up to one working day depending on the receiving institution.
• pkzz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

pkzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free play credits, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

Wagering requirements apply to most pkzz bonuses. A wagering requirement means the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds (or the combined deposit + bonus amount, as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements on pkzz bonuses range from 5x to 35x depending on the specific promotion — the exact requirement is always stated in the promotion details before you opt in.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window — expired unclaimed bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, typically 7 or 30 days depending on the bonus type.
• Maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus wagering requirement is active is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games and fishing games typically contribute 100%; card games and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• pkzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or correct any errors in bonus calculations at any time.

The pkzz VIP Club rewards loyalty through six progressive tiers. Points accumulate on every real-money wager placed on pkzz. VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal speed priority and exclusive bonus offers — are detailed on the VIP Club page and may be updated periodically. pkzz reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

All bets and game plays on pkzz are final once confirmed. pkzz does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet or game play after it has been submitted and accepted, except in the limited circumstances described below.

For sports and PSL betting, the following general rules apply across all markets on pkzz:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• For PSL matches shortened or affected by weather, bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Matches abandoned without reaching the minimum required overs result in voided bets and stake returns.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of pkzz and may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• Maximum bet limits per market are displayed in the bet slip. pkzz reserves the right to limit stakes on any market at any time.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a clearly incorrect odds value resulting from a technical or human error), pkzz reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price and refund stakes.

For casino games (Teen Patti, Card Games, Roulette, Fishing Games), all game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Malfunction of any game software voids all associated plays and the stake amount is returned. pkzz's internal records of all game rounds constitute the definitive record of outcomes.

If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet or game play, you must contact pkzz support within 72 hours of the relevant outcome. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. pkzz's decision on any settlement dispute, having reviewed all available records, is final.

The pkzz Refer a Friend programme allows existing registered members to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. Full programme details are available on the Refer a Friend page. The following conditions apply to all referral rewards:

• A referred player must register a new pkzz account using the referrer's unique link — referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively for registrations made without the link.
• The referred player must complete a minimum qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 within 30 days of registration for the referral to be credited.
• Each person may only be referred once. Self-referrals — creating additional accounts to refer yourself — are strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referrer's pkzz wallet automatically upon the referred player completing their qualifying deposit.
• pkzz reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts and tier thresholds at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Refer a Friend page before taking effect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkzz and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one pkzz account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Bonus abuse: Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to low-variance wagering strategies specifically deployed to clear a bonus with minimal risk, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using software to systematically exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any ability to influence the outcome.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts or any automated software to play games or place bets on pkzz without express written permission.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account permanently suspended.
• Money laundering: Using pkzz for any purpose connected to money laundering or financing of any illegal activity. pkzz actively monitors transactions and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies.
• False identity: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity or payment details without their knowledge and consent.

pkzz takes all instances of prohibited conduct seriously and will not hesitate to take immediate action including voiding bets, suspending accounts and reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

pkzz is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming and betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to every pkzz account holder:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Receive automated reminders and set hard session duration limits that automatically log you out when reached.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period without requiring any manual intervention.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days) without closing it permanently.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pkzz. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. During the exclusion period, you may not register a new account on pkzz.

You may close your pkzz account at any time by contacting support at support@pkzz.click. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

pkzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkzz reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12+ months) may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 100 after a 30-day notice period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

All content on the pkzz platform — including but not limited to the pkzz name, logo, game software, graphics, text, page layouts, odds data and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkzz or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the pkzz platform for your own private, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any pkzz content.
• Use the pkzz name, logo or branding in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any pkzz software or game.
• Create derivative works based on any pkzz content.

pkzz provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions or delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkzz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the pkzz platform, even where pkzz has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pkzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on pkzz, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pkzz uses your data to: verify your identity, process payments, administer your account, provide customer support, send communications about your account or relevant promotions (where you have consented), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering requirements.

pkzz does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your full data rights and our data retention policies are set out in the Privacy Policy.

pkzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address on their account and/or by a prominent notice on the pkzz platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

Your continued use of pkzz after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using pkzz and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
